Many years of leadership in the automotive and technology sector with a wide range of international expertise distinguish me as well as leading interdisciplinary teams.
The conception and implementation of process optimization are just as important to me as the definition, support and implementation of strategy initiatives and change processes.

Strategy serves in many projects and companies as a basis for deriving long-term plans, setting content priorities and ultimately defining the scope of operational tasks.
Often, strategies are based on realignments combined with restructuring.

Yet:
Despite the importance of the strategy, there is often too little focus, time and effort in this area.
There are many understandable reasons for this, such as repeated strategies that change too quickly, strong characteristics of day-to-day operations or failure to implement strategies that have already been developed.
This is exactly where we start.
On the basis of content-related teaching and personal experience, we clarify a strategy process, its impotance and the individual steps that should be followed.
At the same time, we show what prerequisites are necessary for defining a successful strategy and how it is possible to focus on the strategy and defined fields of action in day-to-day business.
We also highlight the team that is working on the strategy or is involved in its implementation.
And: We don’t end with the conclusion of the strategic process, but also consider the subsequent implementation phase of the strategy.
